Aikido Kenshin-Kai was established in 2013 and is led by Kelly Tan (6th Dan). Though young, we're a small but closely knit community, seeking to grow in character and person through the art. In addition to adults training sessions, we also conduct children classes most of our dojos.

About Us
Aikido Kenshin-Kai was established in 2013 and is led by Kelly Tan (6th Dan). Though young, we're a small but closely knit community, seeking to grow in character and person through the art. In addition to adults training sessions, we also conduct children classes most of our dojos.
Aikido is a martial art that does not depend on strength nor mechanical perfection of techniques. Instead, Aikido draws on principles of harmony to blend and unite with the attacker so as to redirect the force that concludes with a throw or joint lock. It isn't dependent on physical strength, and is popular among children, ladies and senior citizens. Feel free to browse through our site and we look forward to welcoming you into our classes.
Through our affiliation with Hokuso Aikikai in Japan, Aikido Kenshin-Kai is an officially recognised Aikido organisation.
